  1. As soon as we receive your request, your files are imported into our CAT software for analysis to help us determine the best possible rate and turnaround time.

  2. Once you have approved the quote we sent you, we begin translating your documents.

  3. After the translation is completed, we conduct a quality assessment that includes at least a thorough review of the entire translation.

  4. Your translations are delivered to you properly formatted and on schedule; our translation memories and termbases are updated for your future projects.
